SUMMARY:Devolution 2.0 – Power, Growth, and the Business Agenda
DESCRIPTION:\nDowntown in Business, in partnership with PLMR, is hosting an exclusive roundtable on the next phase of devolution-and what it means for business.\n\n\n\nWith new powers for mayors and combined authorities firmly on the agenda, this is a timely discussion on how the evolving devolution landscape could shape regional economies, investment decisions, and growth opportunities.\n\n\n\nPLMR, one of the UK’s leading communications and public affairs consultancies, brings expert insight into government policy and regional power structures, ensuring a sharp, informed debate.\n\n\n\nDevolution has delivered stronger local leadership and more targeted decision-making, but challenges remain, including inconsistent powers between regions and limited fiscal control.\n\n\n\nThis senior-level session will bring together business leaders and policymakers to explore what happens next, and how the private sector can influence the agenda.\n\n\n\nThe event is open to DIB Members only, and places are limited, so please register your interest in attending early.\n\n\n\nTo register contact Chris.Mckenna@downtowninbusiness.com ( mailto:Chris.Mckenna@downtowninbusiness.com )\n\n\n\nSponsored by\n\n\n\n\n
