DESCRIPTION:\nOn Wednesday 29th November, DIB will host a breakfast forum at Malmaison Hotel, Liverpool, in conversation with  the recently appointed Chief Executive of Liverpool City Council, Andrew Lewis. \n\n\n\nAndrew Lewis was appointed as Chief Executive of Liverpool City Council in March 2023. Andrew joined the local authority from Cheshire West and Chester Council, where he had been Chief Executive since 2018.
