SUMMARY:Leaders Lunch with Best for Britain
DESCRIPTION:\nJoin the Best for Britain team on Tuesday 29 April for a discussion of the benefits of a closer UK-EU trading relationship.\n\nAhead of the first UK-EU Summit in May, DIB members have the opportunity to hear about new research showing that a closer trading relationship would increase exports for UK businesses and add up to 2.2% to the UK economy.\n\nThe May Summit is billed as the start of the “reset” in UK-EU relations promised by the government. The event, open to all DIB members in the North West, will take the form of a presentation, followed by Q&A. The Best for Britain team will also use the session to encourage attendees to write to Government in advance of the Summit, to make the case for an ambitious trading relationship with our closest trading partners.\nTo register your interest for this event, please email casey.scott@downtowninbusiness.com\n\n \n In association with \n Best for Britain \n \n
