Poke Marketing has worked with Tick Property Group to launch it’s new identity, customer value proposition and marketing assets, shifting from it’s previous brand – Sexi Property Group. The reason is to clearly communicate the Liverpool Lettings Agency’s ambition to disrupt the current approach the property industry delivers for landlords and tenants.
Research carried out by Poke Marketing highlighted the reasons both tenants and landlords were frustrated with the way they were treated by letting agents, often feeling neglected, taken for granted, ignored and over charged. This led to a fractious relationship between landlords and tenants as the letting agents removed themselves from the dynamic.
Tick have shifted this outdated approach and focused on creating their whole premise to be around client centricity, ensuring both tenants and landlords experience a frictionless, harmonious world as opposed to a combative, blame culture that other agency’s working methods create.
Sarah Brown from Tick says “… as we developed our company we realised our obsession in creating an environment that focuses on the client, and not on ourselves was a little bit unique. The older, established lettings agencies seemed to have gotten a little lazy in their customer care. Our new brand, website and marketing all showcase how we help our tenants find their ideal home and how we help our landlords enjoy all the benefits of being a landlord, and none of the hassles…” Andrew Binns from Poke says “…our whole reason to exist is to help companies make an impact. The chance to rebrand this amazing lettings agency to reflect their increasingly dominant market position and clear customer proposition was a great project for us…”
