The strategic role of LEP’s in delivering recovery plans

Tuesday 14th July at 9:30 am - 10:30 am

LEP’s aim to make a difference where it really matters: in the villages, towns and cities across England. To date that difference has delivered a total of over £7.6bn of private sector investment, supported over 196,000 businesses, created over 180,000 local jobs and helped to build over 93,000 homes.

In the current pandemic the strategic role of LEP’s in the delivery of Recovery Plans is crucial. Frank McKenna will be joined in the Downtown Den by Roger Marsh, Leeds City Region LEP, Clare Hayward, Cheshire and Warrington LEP and Steve Fogg, Lancashire LEP to hear their plans for implementing the phases of recovery in their regions.
