Downtown in Business will host an exclusive event with the Shadow Minister for Digital, Culture, Media, and Sport, Lucy Powell MP, at the recently opened cultural centre in Prescot, Shakespeare North.
DIB Group chairman and chief executive Frank McKenna will talk to Lucy about the importance of culture to placemaking, regeneration, and levelling-up.
There will also be an opportunity for guests to take part in a guided tour of this latest world class cultural facility that is an outstanding addition to the Liverpool City Region’s visitor economy offer.
