E-commerce businesses in the North West can learn more about marketplaces and multichannel selling at a workshop later this month.
‘Marketplace Mastery – Automating Multichannel Selling to Reach New Customers’ will explore why e-commerce business should care about marketplaces and multichannel if they have growth ambitions.
It will help managers assess the potential of their businesses in a multiple sales channel environment, highlight risks and how to mitigate them, and analyse how other businesses do it.
The workshop is a partnership between Door4 and ChannelUnity, businesses that focus on e-commerce growth. It will be hosted by Leon Calverley, Managing Director of Door4, and Matt Gardiner, CEO of ChannelUnity.
It is the latest in the company’s series of learning and sharing events called Decoding Digital. Other recent workshop topics have included Paid Search and Conversion Rate Optimisation.
