Membership Account Manager

The fastest growing business club in the north of England, Downtown in Business, is looking for a Membership Account Manager to join our team.
The key duties for this role include:

  • To support the sales and event teams to provide high quality customer service for all Downtown in Business Member companies across all UK regions
  • Building and maintaining existing relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure clients’ needs are fulfilled effectively
  • Organising regular customer survey’s and feedback on Downtown’s performance and activities
  • Support with the organisation of events
  • Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress
  • Attending internal and external events

SALARY IS £18-20K per annum plus benefits.
