Anyone heading down to the docks this Good Friday is in for a treat, as Lerpwl’s chef owner, Ellis Barrie, has curated a six-course seafood tasting menu to tie in with the Good Friday tradition of not eating meat on this day. The taster menu will cost £100 per person, with £10 from each menu going to the Fishermen’s Mission charity, who provide emergency support alongside practical, financial, spiritual and emotional care for all fishermen, active or retired, and their families.

The Easter fun at Lerpwl doesn’t stop there, as Ellis and his team will be making 100 handcrafted limited edition Easter eggs which will be on sale to the public from the Lerpwl online store. Inside the eggs will be a special treat for everyone,  10% off their food bill when they dine at Lerpwl on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and one lucky winner will get a golden ticket, which they can exchange for a tasting menu for two people in the restaurant.

On Easter Sunday things will look a little different to the usual Lerpwl Sunday offering – instead of the signature sharing duck roast, the kitchen will be serving up traditional roast lamb with all the trimmings.

Anyone looking to book a table at Lerpwl this Easter can do so via lerpwl.com or call the restaurant direct on 0151 909 6241

To buy one of the limited edition Easter Eggs head to the Lerpwl Shop https://www.lerpwl.com/shop
