The move aligns with the launch of the company’s new Corporate Social Responsibility pledge. They are committed to leading the industry in minimising the impact of their activities on the environment as well supporting and funding local charities and initiatives across the Liverpool City Region.
The needs of their team, students, charity partners and the local communities now form the basis of all of their operational and financial goals.
From taking part in community projects, to supporting a Charity of the Year, buying locally and ethically, and scrutinising environmental policies, working within a CIC which upholds similar values was particularly important.
Speaking about the move, Managing Director, Paul Webley, says “we’ve been looking for the perfect space for our fast-growing team but needed something that would not only showcase what we do but who we are as a company.
It’s not just a tick box exercise for us, we want to make a real difference and encourage others to do the same. Being part of the Baltic Creative CIC makes perfect sense to us and we can’t wait to see what the next chapter in Blaze Media’s journey brings”.
