Well Met gets set to Meet the Judges for CHS Awards 2019

Well Met is putting on its best bib and tucker ready to ‘Meet the Judges’ for the Conference & Hospitality Show Awards 2019, at Cloth Hall Court on Monday 29th April.

Well Met, the conference office at Leeds Beckett University, is putting on its best bib and tucker ready to ‘Meet the Judges’ for the Conference & Hospitality Show (CHS) Awards 2019, at Cloth Hall Court on Monday 29th April.

A panel of 70 independent judges and hospitality and conference experts will sift through hundreds of entries to determine the shortlist that will go through to the glittering awards ceremony, at Royal Armouries, Leeds where the winners will be crowned on Thursday 6th June.

Clare Vidler, Conference Manager, Well Met, said: “We’re delighted to be hosting this event at Cloth Hall Court.  It is a great opportunity for us to showcase our contemporary conference and meeting facilities to an audience of industry experts and hosted buyers.

“Our flexible spaces cater from ten to 300 delegates at a time, and we’re looking forward to wowing judges from across the UK with our service, facilities and convenient city-centre location.”

The CHS 2019 Awards are judged by an independent panel of event and hospitality professionals from leading agencies across the UK.  Categories recognise the best individual, venue, event space, organisation or supplier involved in the industry.

Michelle Rennoldson, Buyer Relationship Manager, CHS Group, said: “Our judges are independent hospitality and conference experts and we are grateful for their time and effort to determine the shortlist of who will go on to become the winners of the CHS 2019 Awards.  Now in their fifth year, the awards have evolved to reflect the whole industry, rewarding excellence, client services, ROI and best practice.  The judges are representative of the whole of the UK and we are looking forward to welcoming them to Leeds and to Cloth Hall Court.”

Acknowledged as one of the UKs premier award celebrations for the events, conference, and hospitality industry, the CHS Awards offer great exposure and an industry seal of approval for a job well done to our winners and runners up.

The shortlist will be announced at the Conference & Hospitality Show (CHS19) at first direct arena on Tuesday 30th April.  The 5th CHS Awards will take place at Royal Armouries, Leeds on 6th June 2019.
