What is Optimus Facilities Mission: At Optimus Facilities we can a “Can do attitude” which is our ethos and approach. We work with a select client base to provide a seamless service from conception to handover. We believe that building a trusted relationship over a period improves the product to the client. What do you do at Optimus Facilities: Responsible for leading business growth, with a hands-on approach to all projects and clients, developing and executing strategies to achieve short and long-term goals. We maintain positive and trust-based relations with clients ensuring company policy and legal guidelinea are followed, assesing, managing and resolving developments and situations.
What are your credentials/experience, for working in your position: I studied building services engineering in Liverpool, working for two engineering companies across the North West holding director positions at both, i have gained over 15 years of experience at all levels within the industry. Proven track record of implementing growth and customer satisfaction within the MEP engineering sector.
What do you like about working at Optimus Facilities: Working for Optimus Facilities allows me to implement all the successful experiences i have been involved within the industry into the business and allows us to avoid the bad. We are family orientated business with family members working in different sections of the company, we are always looking for fun ways to get all the team out, we sponsor charities yearly and try our hand at a team event, a couple of the team completed the three peak challenge last year.
