8:50 – 9:15 – Chris Mills – Presentation on forthcoming changes to regulations and Liverpool in the pilot project (timelines, process, structure of coming legislation, history)

9.15 – 9.30 – Professor of responsible procurement Joanne Mehan – Presentation on the Circular economy of waste in Liverpool
