Opt for the classic beef or chicken roast, with seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and jus. Pan-fried salmon with wilted spinach, poached egg and Hollandaise will please fish lovers, with wild mushroom macaroni and poached egg being the perfect lighter option.
