· Confident, personable, and able to communicate with people at every level
· Commercially aware and enthusiastic about developing new ideas
· Calm under pressure and focused on finding solutions

You will be encouraged to contribute ideas, develop new concepts and take genuine ownership of projects. You will work with an ambitious team in an organisation that moves quickly, thinks differently, and is entering an exciting new period of growth.
There will be hard work, early starts, late finishes and the occasional last-minute change of plan. There will also be outstanding experiences, extraordinary connections and opportunities that could transform your career.
