The free taster sessions will be offered to staff members at DIB member companies in Liverpool, and they can be claimed individually, or people can book the taster sessions in pairs.

The sessions will be 45 minutes long and include a full body workout with one of ABS’ personal trainers. There will also be time at the end to ask all your health, fitness, and nutrition related questions.
