My proudest / best business moment is… I am always so proud when I see the projects I have been involved with from the very beginning come to life and make such a difference to the places where they are built – most recently at Paddington Village in Liverpool and University of Salford. Both real success stories of true collaboration, team work, innovation, vision, bravery and more …

My advice for 18-year-old me… would be stop spending too much money on rubbish and instead save up, travel and see more of the world!

My personal business hero(es) are… there are too many to name, but I am always inspired by the truly great female leaders within property & construction who are proof that we are becoming a much more diverse and inclusive industry. Especially my colleagues Sharon Chrippes, Jenny Martin, Gill Roberts, Claire Riseley, Alison Pernavas, Tricia Adams, Sarah Jones, Jade Sherry-Finney, Sally Bedwell, Crissie Gizzi, Karina Connolly, Alice Hickling and many many more! “Who run the world? Girls!”

Our company is… truly passionate about improving the lives of the people in the communities in which we build. It has the spirit of a family run business but with the financial security and stability of a major plc group.
