New FD in at Muse as Futter joins

National master developer, Muse, has announced that Rosalind Futter has joined the business as its new finance director.

Rosalind joins Muse from Landsec, where she was group finance director, working closely with the chief operating officer and divisional managing directors. Rosalind started her career with Arthur Andersen in 1999, moving to PwC, BT and Priory Group, before joining Landsec in 2011, rising to manage business unit performance, commercial finance, development finance and reporting, financial planning and analysis and tax and treasury functions.

Managing director, Kate Bowyer, said on the appointment: “I’m delighted to welcome Rosalind to the business. We are on site with 19 projects nationwide, including close to 2,500 homes, with a total construction value of £878m and gross development value of over £1.2bn. The company’s order book and forward development pipeline stands at £2.2bn.
