103 Colmore Row is a new landmark office development in Birmingham’s central business district. At 346ft/105.5m high, the 26-storey tower is the tallest new office building under construction outside London. In addition to the 223,631 sq ft of Grade A office space, 103 Colmore Row will feature a restaurant on the ground and top floors, a winter garden, 18th floor terrace offering stunning views of the city, and a multi-purpose lobby with business lounges.
103 Colmore Row is a development by Sterling Property Ventures and Tristan Capital Partners. It is scheduled for completion in 2021.
