Liverpool BID Company is a private, not-for-profit limited company, working on behalf of 1,000 BID Levy Payers in Liverpool across two Business Improvement Districts.
Liverpool BID Company is fully compliant with the Industry Standards of The BID Foundation to ensure transparency, accountability, best practice and quality on the services provided. More information about the BID Industry Standards can be found here.
Liverpool’s two BIDs are overseen by two operating boards, one for Retail & Leisure BID, one for Culture & Commerce BID, who ensure that what’s delivered is in line with the business plan, they approve their BID budget and the main projects delivered by the BID Team. Both operating boards include members representing the sectors and areas present within each BID.
