West Lancashire Group was incorporated in 2012 as an Electrical Contracting company, in 2014 due to demand their Facilities Maintenance Division was formed to assist with long term planned maintenance requirements.
West Lancashire Group’s FM Division has now developed into a Nationwide Facilities Maintenance service for a broad spectrum of diverse organisations throughout the UK.
Due to continued client demands for a single source of MEP design, installation and responsibility, they established a Mechanical Division in 2016 facilitating a fully integrated MEP building services approach, further supported by their FM Division providing post completion planned and reactive maintenance.
In 2017 BIM/Revit was introduced as a natural progression from AutoCAD, providing fully coordinated MEP Revit models, further assisting in the early stages of the design and development process of the buildings, including creating direct efficiencies in the proposed building construction works.
In 2018, due to continued growth, West Lancashire Group relocated to a new office facility on Poulton Business Park which has provided the business a greatly improved operational facility and further expansion capacity.
