Earl Kendrick Chartered Surveyors

We are delighted that Earl Kendrick Chartered Surveyors are our latest Business of the Week. Earl Kendrick is an award-winning firm of chartered building surveyors serving key property management clients.

Earl Kendrick is an award-winning firm of chartered building surveyors serving key property management clients from offices in London, Bristol, Brighton, Manchester, Cotswolds and Birmingham. In 2019, building on seven years of successful practice, and following feedback from clients, the business galvanised into a smaller, director-led consultancy focused on quality service rather than high-volume business. The team is comprised of expert senior surveyors who are also directors and shareholders in the company. They offer a personal and streamlined service, partnering with key residential management clients and residential blocks to take care of core building surveying services.

Earl Kendrick’s view is that technical experience and qualifications are essential but should be a given. Fundamentally their business is about people – the people who live and work in the buildings under their care. So whilst their technical ability sits at the core of what they do, so much of their success is thanks to a close and long-standing relationships with clients. Earl Kendrick put a premium on excellent communications with all stakeholders in any given project, and ensure their interests are taken into account at every stage.

Earl Kendrick are also proud of their focus on Corporate and Social Responsibility, from helping clients make their properties more energy efficient, saving long-term cost and environmental damage, to making regular contributions to charities like Misizi Africa, an orphanage in Lesotho, and the homelessness charity Emmaus Sussex.
