The recently appointed chief executive of Halton Borough Council, Stephen Young, will join Alan Evans, the Director of Regeneration and Place at Wirral Council and Max Steinberg, former chief executive of Liverpool Vision, and now chair of Shakespeare in the North in Knowsley, to address DIB members at an exclusive breakfast forum on Friday 13th May, discussing Mersey Power Towns.
