One of Liverpool’s most iconic buildings, 30 James Street, is set to undergo a multi-million pound renovation and we would like to invite along to an invitation only preview event to see the transformational plans the new owners have for this historic Liverpool venue.
Duncan Gray, Managing Director of RIMC (UK) Hotels and Resorts Ltd, the new owners of 30 James Street would like to invite you to join us on THURSDAY 9TH NOVEMBER from 5pm-8pm for a preview of the incredible plans they have to transform one of Liverpool’s most iconic landmarks. Meet the new owners Marek Riegger and Audun Lekve from RIMC UK’s Hamburg based German parent company and hear first hand the passion behind the project.
Boasting world class views of The Three Graces and the historic Liverpool waterfront, the former home of The White Star Line, owners of the Titanic, will be closing early 2024 for the extensive 8 month refurbishment programme necessary to complete the transformation into one of the city’s finest and most versatile hospitality venues.
Passionate about protecting the buildings heritage the owners are working with the relevant offices to ensure that the history and integrity of the building is protected whilst delivering a luxurious leisure space that the city can be proud of!
