Over the past two years, the hospitality has undoubtedly been one of the hardest hit sectors by the pandemic. To discuss the hospitality crisis, Downtown in Business will be joined by the owner of award winning fine dining restaurant, The Wilderness.
Alex Claridge will chair a panel of leading Birmingham based industry experts to discuss the hospitality staffing crisis, how the industry has innovated to work around the pandemic, the VAT decrease and what the future looks like with the long term easing of restrictions.
