His notable roles include Deputy Chief Executive at Manchester City Council and Chief Executive of Stockport Council. In January 2025, Eamonn stepped into his current role at Homes England, bringing a wealth of expertise to the agency’s mission of delivering 1.5 million new homes during this parliament.
