On Wednesday 12th July 2023, Downtown in Business will be joined by Chief Executive of Halton Borough Council, Stephen Young, for an exclusive lunch event in Chester.
Having previously served as Executive Director of Growth, Environment, Transportation and Community Services at Lancashire County Council, Stephen was appointed as Chief Executive of Halton BC in 2022. At this event, Stephen will reflect on his time so far at the council, discuss growth across the Halton Borough and how business leaders can get involved.
