Leaders Lunch with Baroness Claire Fox

On Wednesday 11th October, Downtown in Business will host an exclusive lunch time event with member of the House of Lords, Baroness Claire Fox.

Claire sits in the House of Lords as a non-affiliated peer. She is the director and founder of think tank the Academy of Ideas.

Her political journey has been an interesting one. She was a member of the Revolutionary Communist Party in her younger years, but as a Eurosceptic, she became a member of the Brexit Party and was elected as an MEP in the 2019 European Parliament election. She was appointed to the Lords in 2020.

In conversation with DIB chair Frank McKenna, Claire will offer her thoughts on post-Brexit Britain, the economy, her ideas for the future, and much more besides.
