In his role at Manchester City Council, Dave is responsible for implementing the council’s cultural strategy.
At this event Dave will be sharings his thoughts on the current state of the creative sector and his plans for the future.
Dave has a wealth of experience in the culture and creative sectors, having been the Director and Chief Executive of HOME, Chief Executive of Arts About Manchester and was part of the British Council Arts Advisory Group amongst other roles.
