Downtown in Business will continue its Prosper UK event series on Thursday 24th September 2026, welcoming former Scottish Conservative Party Leader Ruth Davidson for an engaging discussion with business leaders and stakeholders.
The Prosper UK series brings together influential voices from politics, business and the public sector to explore the key issues shaping the UK’s future, from economic growth and investment to leadership and the changing political landscape.
Ruth Davidson is widely recognised as one of the most prominent figures in recent UK politics. During her time as Leader of the Scottish Conservative Party, she played a significant role in reshaping the party’s position in Scotland and became a respected commentator on political, economic and social issues.
