What can the city do to ‘Bounce Back Better’ and regain Liverpool’s momentum as one of the most visited cities in the UK? How are we going to market our city post-pandemic? And what plans are in place for the jewel in the crown of our visitor economy, the ACC Arena, moving forward?

The visitor economy has been the foundation of Liverpool’s economy for over a decade now.

However, the sector has taken an absolute battering over the past eighteen months, and many bars, hotels, and restaurants are still in ‘crisis’ mode.

What can the city do to ‘Bounce Back Better’ and regain Liverpool’s momentum as one of the most visited cities in the UK? How are we going to market our city post-pandemic? And what plans are in place for the jewel in the crown of our visitor economy, the ACC Arena, moving forward?

At this exclusive business breakfast forum, the Chief Executive of the ACC Faye Dyer, the head of Marketing Liverpool Chris Brown, the Director of Culture at Liverpool City Council Claire McColgan and the General Manager of Hilton Liverpool and Chairman of the Hospitality Association Marcus Magee will be discussing all this and more with DIB boss Frank McKenna.
