FRC Group are proud to be a Living Wage Accredited Employer. The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate that is voluntarily paid by over 7,000 UK businesses who believe their staff deserve a wage which meets everyday needs. Paying a decent wage to staff has well-documented benefits, including improved productivity and retention, together with lower staff training costs.
FRC became an accredited Living Wage employer in 2018, ensuring that all permanently employed staff are paid at least the UK Living Wage rate. This one of FRC Group’s long-term investments in their people, based on their core values and beliefs.
