Downtown in Business celebrated the leading business personalities from across Liverpool at the Livercool Awards 2025 on Thursday 20th November 2025.

The Livercool gala dinner, this year sponsored by DJH, welcomed almost 400 of the city’s leading business personalities at the Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre to celebrate the achievements of the city’s business community.

The awards, this year hosted by Liverpool legend’s Leanne Campbell and Pete Price, recognised the individuals that have made a successful and significant contribution to economic growth in the city region.

Big winners on the evening included Phil Brown from Causeway Technologies, Robbie Blackhurst from Black Capital Group and Cathryn Wright from Sedulo, who won the Chief Executive’s Award, Entrepreneur of the Year and Liverpool Business Improvement District Award respectively.
