With temperatures set to soar this weekend and the hottest day of the year so far just around the corner, Hilton Hotel Liverpool city centre have teamed up with Love Lane Brewery and The Botanist Islay Dry Gin to create a wonderful oasis in the city centre.

Whether you are shopping or celebrating, catching up with friends or taking in the wonderful sight of Liverpool’s historic waterfront, Hilton’s stunning terrace is the perfect spot to watch the world go by.

Enjoy a fabulous selection of sumptuous Bar Bites, choose three Big Bites for £20, including Nachos, Tangy BBQ Wings, Beef Barbacoa Mac and Cheese or tasty Spiced Cauliflower Fritters.

The alfresco terrace is the perfect setting to introduce our new summer cocktail menu in association with Botanist Gin, including a classic Botanist Gin and Tonic, Botanist and Pear Martini, a Wild Garden or a Botanist Bubbles.

TONIC TALENT LAUNCHES DINE AND DONATE FOR BIRMINGHAM CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL

Hospitality and catering recruiters, Tonic Talent, have launched their Dine and Donate campaign for Birmingham Children’s hospital.
The campaign will see £1 added to the customers’ bills in April 2024 to raise funds for Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
Many venues in the city, such as the Michelin-starred Simpsons, have pledged their commitment to raising money in this way.
