Leading UK developer SevenCapital has appointed Simon Howard as Group Sales and Marketing Director. Simon joins from Berkeley Group.
Simon will lead the global sales function at SevenCapital Group, servicing domestic and international clients looking to purchase quality property in key UK locations. His role will be instrumental in the developer’s expansion across the South-East and London, including leading the anticipated launch of their £500 million prime residential scheme in Kensington later this year, in partnership with MARK.
Previously based in London, Simon’s expertise spans more than 25 years in the residential property sector. The latter nine years he spent as sales director at Berkeley St Edward, with responsibility for UK and international sales across a wide range of developments, from small scale housing developments through to large scale, multiphase projects in some of London’s most exclusive postcodes. Notable developments in his repertoire include 9 Millbank and 190 Strand in Westminster, Ebury Square in Belgravia, Kensington Row, Oval Village, West End Gate and Wimbledon Hill Park.

In addition to Simon’s appointment, Sophie Taylor has joined the business as PR and Social Media Manager and Sam Lovatt has joined as Digital Marketing Manager.
