Manchester entrepreneur Scott Fletcher was the special guest at Downtown Manchester’s first ‘Up Close & Personal’ series, hosted at top city venue the Alchemist last week.
A fascinating career that saw Scott establish ANS Group at the tender age of 22, the winner of this year’s ‘Manc of the Year’ Mancoolian award spoke openly and passionately about his business experiences to an exclusive group of twenty Downtown members.
Fletcher, whose entrepreneurial skills have made him one of the UK’s leading tech successes, spoke about the challenges of a start-up business, growing a company to significant scale, and investing in other companies. He also gave his insight into cryptocurrency and the potential impact it will have on the economy in the future.
