Sutcliffe CEO, Sean Keyes, reacts to Eamonn Boylan’s new post at Homes England as Interim Chief Executive

Sean Keyes, CEO at Sutcliffe, offers comment following the announcement that Eamonn Boylan has now taken up post at Homes England as Interim Chief

Following the announcement that Eamonn Boylan has now taken up post at Homes England as Interim Chief Executive, Sean Keyes, CEO at Sutcliffe offered the following comments:

“Housing is a cornerstone of a happy, healthy community. While the goal of delivering 1.5m new homes over the next five years is an ambitious target, I fear it may be unrealistic. However, the appointment of Eamonn Boylan as Interim Chief Executive of Homes England is a positive step in the right direction. His emphasis on partnerships and place-based regeneration is promising, and his extensive career in public service speaks to a deep understanding of what it takes to tackle complex issues around housing delivery. At Sutcliffe, we stand ready to support Homes England’s mission, playing our part in delivering high-quality homes and infrastructure across the UK.”

Each room talks to the exterior of the building design, complimenting the harsh, brutalist designs of the exterior with bold patterns, powerful colours, strong materiality, and striking artwork.
