Downtown in Business has appointed a new marketing executive. Heather Heaton, who has worked for a number of membership-based organisations in the past, including the Wirral Chamber of Commerce, will be working join the Communications team to increase the DIB digital footprint and engagement across the network with new and existing members.
In previous roles, Heather has proven her ability to create a digital community and increase engagement across membership organisations. She recently set up the Professional Comms Network to help other comms professionals to connect and do more together.

“I am excited to be working with Downtown in Business, working alongside an experienced team who know their members well. We’ll be working together to reposition Downtown and enhance the current marketing offer for members. I’m looking forward to getting to know the members, the team and to doing more together.”
