Downtown in Business hosted a fascinating discussion with three of the UKs leading entrepreneurs at a special lunchtime event at the Hilton Hotel in Liverpool on the afternoon of Thursday 27th September 2018.
The ‘Limitless’ lunch attracted business leaders from across the Northern Powerhouse, with contributions from Ben Hatton, who sold his business Rippleffect ten years ago, and now invests in tech businesses; Rachel Clacher, who had led Moneypenny for eighteen years, taking the company from a rented room in Wrexham to a global brand with over 700 staff; and Craig McVoy, the bestselling author of ‘Beyond Brand’.
The importance of being unique, customer service, looking after your team, and brand were all discussed by the panellists, in conversation with Downtown boss Frank McKenna.
