Halton Borough Council Chief Executive David Parr to speak at Downtown Breakfast

Halton Borough Council Chief Executive David Parr set to speak at Downtown's Breakfast event Mersey Power Towns.

Downtown in Business are excited to announce the first panel member for our breakfast forum as the chief executive of Halton Borough Council David Parr.

David’s background is in planning, environmental and Transportation law and has extensive experience in the areas of regeneration and urban renewal. He has led numerous transformational regeneration projects most recently in Halton and the Liverpool City Region, creating new employment sites, regenerating town centers and generating major new job opportunities.  In particular, he has driven the £2billion Mersey Gateway Bridge Project from concept, through the Public Inquiry, and the procurement and construction process to its opening.

David will be among a panel of decision-makers and influencers leading a discussion on how some of the city regions surrounding areas are bucking the trend and genuinely becoming Mersey Power Towns.
