Leading developers and regeneration experts will lead a discussion on the key developments that are taking the county forward; the challenges Lancashire has in terms of balancing its wonderful environment with an increasing need for more housing and improved infrastructure; and the huge opportunities that exist across the county in the property sector.
The second panellist to be announced is Michael Conlon, he is the chair of property giant Conlon Construction which is an award-winning chartered building company. The aim of Conlon Construction is to be recognised as the leading medium-sized construction in the North. They aimed to achieve this by a strong commitment to their many core values like environment and sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility.
