Karen Hirst of the Eric Wright Group and Michael Conlon from property giant Conlon Construction lead what was a lively, interesting and informative conversation on the key developments taking place in Lancashire.

Leading developers and regeneration experts, Karen and Michael covered a variety of topics including the key developments that are driving the county forward and the huge opportunities that exist across the county in the property sector.

The discussion also covered the challenges Lancashire has in balancing its rural environment with the increasing need for more housing and improved infrastructure.

Karen and Michael both shared their opinions and expertise with a select group of Downtown members and key decision-makers, over a sumptuous meal provided courtesy of Holiday Inn Preston.
