Downtown in Business at MIPIM

Local authority chief executives from Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, and Salford, will be joining the Downtown in Business ‘Leaders Lunch’ at the Cannes property festival MIPIM on Tuesday 12th March.

Local authority chief executives from Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, and Salford, will be joining the Downtown in Business ‘Leaders Lunch’ at the Cannes property festival MIPIM on Tuesday 12th March.

Andrew Lewis, Joanne Roney, Pam Smith, and Tom Stannard will join around 50 business leaders from across the DIB network to discuss the investment and regeneration opportunities across the north of England.

Malmaison Deansgate

We are delighted that Malmaison Deansgate are our ‘Venue of the Month’ for September 2025. Its guestrooms pay homage to the retro design of the 60s and 70s, referencing the iconic G Plan furniture of this era, a benchmark for classic British design. Each room talks to the exterior of the building design, complimenting the harsh, brutalist designs of the exterior with bold patterns, powerful colours, strong materiality, and striking artwork.
