Liverpool Biennial Breakfast & Exclusive Tour

Liverpool Biennial and Bruntwood invite you to a Biennial Breakfast and exclusive tour of Exchange Flags and Open Eye Gallery with Assistant Curator Sunny Cheung on Tuesday 16 October.
You are invited to join us for a Biennial Breakfast with an introduction to the 10th edition of Liverpool Biennial, Beautiful world where are you?. Assistant Curator Sunny Cheung will take guests on an exclusive tour of Holly Hendry’s public realm work in Exchange Flags, followed by introductions to George Osodi and Madiha Aijaz at Open Eye Gallery.
Liverpool Biennial takes place across the city in public spaces, unused buildings and galleries. It has produced iconic artworks that define and identify the city across the globe such as Everybody Razzle Dazzle (2015 – 2019) by Peter Blake, Another Place (2005) by Antony Gormley and Liverpool Fountain (2016) by Betty Woodman, making Liverpool a wholly unique city to live, work and invest in.
In 2018, Liverpool Biennial celebrates 20 years of commissioning contemporary art in Liverpool and the city region, and it is 10 years since Liverpool was named the European City of Culture. A programme of art and culture is essential for a successful and prosperous contemporary city, and Liverpool Biennial looks forward to showcasing its programme with long-term supporters Bruntwood.
