Marco Pierre White has unveiled a new menu for his Steakhouse Bar & Grill restaurant in Liverpool.
The new line-up features an intriguing range that combines traditional British dishes prepared using classic French cooking techniques and can be found at the Hotel Indigo Liverpool, Chapel Street – based restaurant.
Steak remains at the heart of the new menu with cuts including fillet, rib-eye and Chateaubriand and there is a range of exciting new main courses, starters and desserts to try, all of which reflect Marco’s passion for simplicity.
Among the various eye-catching starters is Classic eggs benedict with Woodall’s ham, while Marco himself singles out Mr White’s Scotch egg with Colonel Mustard sauce as a particular favourite.
There are also a number of new additions to the soups and potages selection including Mr White’s Pea and ham soup and Roasted tomato soup with fresh basil.
The range of main courses is equally eclectic and again harnesses Marco’s love for classic dishes cooked to perfection.
Diversity is a theme throughout the menu, with stand-out plates including Wheeler’s Haddock Fish Cake with poached hen’s egg and Connaught’s shrimp curry, both perfect for fish lovers.
