Q61, the Yorkshire-based, fashion-led beauty business, is celebrating after its Leeds city-centre salon scooped the title of Leeds Salon of the Year in the nail category at the 2018 Treatwell awards.
The beauty brand, which has two salons, in Leeds and Harrogate, fought off stiff competition to win the prestigious award from Treatwell – the online booking service for hair and beauty services across the UK, and the largest hair and beauty bookings website in Europe.
Launched this year, the annual awards celebrate the best salons across the UK and were designed to celebrate the hair and beauty businesses and individuals that go above and beyond to create a premium customer experience. The category of Leeds Salon of the Year was voted for by clients, testament to just how much Q61 means to its loyal clientele.
Founded in November 2015 by husband and wife team, Michael and Helena Linsky, Q61 has two customer-centric salons; in addition to its Leeds city centre location, the duo opened a second 2,600 square-foot salon in central Harrogate in November 2018 and have quickly grown to a combined team of 23 staff members, with their talented therapists offering an inspired service menu of spa, beauty and nail treatments.
Competing against the highest-rated Leeds-based salons on Treatwell, Q61 scooped the award with its customer-centric and experiential focus. The brand has steadily built a reputation for its superior client experience, amassing a loyal clientele to which this award win is testament.
