Each of the Liverpool City Region Skills Shows will consist of:

‘Have a Go’ Stands: Highly interactive and hands on activities to give you a bite sized taster of a specific career or skill.
Knowledge Talks: Learn from the experts who can give you great advice and guidance and signpost you to your next step on your career ladder.
Apprenticeship Ambassadors: Apprentices will be available to tell you about the benefits of an apprenticeship and give a first-hand account of their journey so far.
Apprenticeship Hub, Skills Strategy Manager, Melanie Dodd said: “Building on the huge success of the Skills Show in 2018 held in Liverpool we have expanded our reach across the Liverpool City Region by hosting the Skills Shows 2019 in 4 different locations, giving us a greater opportunity to shape the future of young people and residents to go further, faster in their careers.
All About STEM’s Managing Director Michelle Dow said: “We are so excited to be delivering these informative and inspirational events. It’s a fantastic opportunity for the young people and residents of our region to meet with employers, apprenticeship providers, colleges and universities to find out the breadth of careers open to them. For exhibitors it’s a chance to get in front of the community and chat face to face about what they have to offer. We would love to hear from anyone who wants to get involved.”
