Growhouse are delighted to have teamed up with South and City College Birmingham to provide a series of half day growth seminars.
The series will kick off on the 9th of April exploring how to unlock great communication in your teams. South and City College will host the event at their Digbeth Campus.
Good communication is key to the success of any team but different people respond differently to the way you communicate. We’re all different and we all have our preferred ways of communicating. The good news is that we are all predictably different and there are some simple techniques that can help you identify someone’s preferred style and communicate with them in a significantly more effective way.
This three hour programme will give you a new perspective on how to communicate with the different types of people in your team.
You’ll be introduced to a set of insights that explain why you and the people around you communicate in the way you do. We’ll show you how to quickly recognise someone’s style and adapt your communication to suit.
Date: 9th April 2019
