Native Manchester aparthotel is opening its doors on Ducie Street in the city centre on 1st July.

Native Manchester aparthotel is opening its doors on Ducie Street in the city centre this summer. Found in the Northern Quarter, moments from Manchester Piccadilly train station – this stunning high-ceilinged and light-filled former cotton warehouse is filled with wide columns, wrought-iron girders and brick barrelled ceilings. Now it’s been given a modern industrial-chic twist, full of colour and style, and a new lease of life making it the best place to visit and stay in central Manchester.

The apartment hotel offers 166 beautifully decorated apartments within the Grade II listed former warehouse, with seven different apartment types to choose from. These start from the comfortable yet compact Studio up to an incredibly spacious and beautifully designed Penthouse Two Bed duplex apartment. Both the standard and premium two bed apartments have been designed for get-togethers with family and friends, offering two bathrooms, a dining table for six and sumptuous furnishings from top to bottom while larger groups can take advantage of the interconnecting apartments, giving guests a unique opportunity to share their living space with each other.

Apartments enjoy large open living rooms, kitchens, hallways and luxurious bathrooms, with exposed brickwork, cast iron columns and beams and oiled oak timber floors. Strong colours are present throughout, with fully equipped kitchens detailed in a deep blue, while contemporary furnishings animate the space in strong reds, greens, blues and lilacs. The result is the creation of a modern aesthetic that complements the building while at the same time providing guests with a home away from home.

Guests have the freedom to nip to the local shops and buy some ingredients to cook and dine in, order a takeaway or they can head out in to Manchester’s thriving food and drink scene with some of the city’s best restaurants a stone’s throw away.

On the ground floor, guests will also be able to enjoy the independently run restaurant, bar, coffee shop, mini cinema, meeting spaces and fitness studios. There’s room for everyone to follow their own path; exercise or unwind, socialise, graze, dine and drink.

Whether you’re heading into Manchester to watch the football, going to a gig or passing away the hours at The Whitworth and want to turn it from a day out into a weekend, Native gives you the chance to make the most of your down time.
