Participants will be enabled to explore their own leadership skills as a director whilst building the skills needed to provide strategic planning , financial leadership and an understanding of the legal responsibilities of directors in growing businesses.
‘The Effective Director’ will run in Birmingham on one day a month in July, September, October and November.
